Tongue & Tonsil Swab from "C"

"C" is a six year old boy with history of chronic strep throat and enlarged tonsils. Photo number one is a sample of what was taken from a swab of the back of his tongue and tonsil area. The second photo shows part of the sample mixed with a tiny drop of sugar water that was allowed to sit for several minutes and the third photo shows another portion of the original sample mixed with a tiny drop of Canesten antifungal clotrimazole solution.
